Gneiss Energy are a consultancy firm offering professional advice to industries within the energy sector. I worked closely with Gneiss as the lead digital designer to identify what it was their users needed out of their site.
There was a push to highlight Gneiss’ sustainable energy expertise as demand for clean technologies continue to increase. This was to be done whilst not alienating other clients. The solution was to present the user with the sector’s Gneiss works within up front. This allowed the user to select the type of information most relevant to them.
Filters were used to display relevant information to specific sector pages. For example, case studies with the oil and gas tag will be fed through and appear on the oil and gas sector page.
I worked closely with the brand design team to develop the online identity which became integral part of the brand guidelines.
